We’re 100% committed to helping the world heal. So, our packaging is totally eco-friendly, being made with sustainable materials like paper tape and kraft boxes. Everything you receive from us is either recyclable, compostable, biodegradable, or reusable.

We both want you to get your hands on the perfect product. So, while we’ll do everything we can to restock as soon as we’re running low, sales and new releases quite literally fly off the shelves. Our advice would be to check our Instagram page where we’ll announce restock dates. Plus, you can sign up for our newsletter where you’ll be notified as soon as we’ve got exciting new releases or restocks.

Usually, your order will be with you within 5-7 working days.
If you’ve grabbed yourself a heck of a deal in the sale or made sure you were one of the first to get your hands on a new product, you can expect to receive your items between 7-10 business days.

If you’ve not received your order after 10 working days (for orders delivered to the USA) or 25 days (for orders delivered outside of the USA), please get in touch so we can put an end to your package’s wonderlust and get it back to you. We also offer Route Shipping Insurance at checkout for added protection.

These products are all hand-poured and made with an enormous amount of love. Because of the nature of these products, we don’t accept any returns or issue any refunds. Before you check-out, please double-check your order to make sure you’re 100% happy.
